. Plans, coordinates, directs and supervises all aspects of the support service delivery for a specific client account.

. Bachelor's degree preferred, plus 5-years experience in a Client Services Management role


Account Manager

. Manages and develops operations, its key personnel, and promotes continuous development geared towards meeting and exceeding client expectations.

. University degree or the equivalent; 2-3 years related experience in the Call Center industry and/or previous Product and Client responsibility


Implementations Manager

. Mainly responsible for setting up new accounts; works closely with the client to understand their needs and operational requirements and liaises and communicates with support group teams

. Uuniversity degree or the equivalent; previous experience of working in a customer support environment and 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience

Technical Support Engineer

. Providing a high level of technical response to the customers of our clients

. University degree or the equivalent and a working knowledge of MS Word / Excel

. (Preference only) With relevant working experience on the following:

Networking
Network Administration

Windows 2000, 2003 server OS and/or
UNIX/Solaris 8,9,10

Technical Support Professional

. Performs a multi-functional maintenance role in the account; first point of contact for the account's customers

. University degree or the equivalent and 1+ year in a customer-facing role

Customer Support Representative

. Handles customer's problems arising from various products supported; provides first line voice customer service and accepts inbound calls.

. University degree or the equivalent; competent in the use of all technical methods of communication e.g. email, telephone and must have good written and oral communication skills

Comprised of the different essential departments: Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Facilities & Admin, Purchasing & Travel, Real Estate & Expansion, Finance, Training, Audit, Legal, English, Risk Management and Security, Quality Management, Workforce Optimization, Business Development and Branding and Communications
